Actually that downgrade or fall of Pagerank only happened to sites which were involved in Paid link activities.
It has no relation to the real Pagerank algorithm so I guess pagerank prediction tools cannot predict such behaviors.
What is happening to Pagerank Prediction tools? All of them are showing Zero Pagerank.
