Finally, I m back 
after a long time break lol. Well not that quite long but long enough for a computer geek like me :P. Yes from past 2 days i have been busy in making something special 
and it was my first ever Wordpress Theme. Now that took me quite a while because this is no ordinary theme and i guarantee you it has got some mind blowing features.
I named it Tigopedia (Wordpress Theme That Makes You Sizzle) based on its mother theme Tiga by ShamsulAzhar.
But Tigopedia is not at all like Tiga, it has got some new built-in features and some cool stuff for Google Adsense freaks and of course a very eye catching sleek design that follows Web 2.0 standards 
Below i will discuss some features of Tigopedia:
- Tigarator: Tigarator is the new capability of controlling your theme dynamically through a theme admin interface. It is a unique feature in Tiga as well as Tigopedia and can be found under Presentation Tab in Admin Panel
- Cleaner code: Though Tiga also had a clean code but Tigopedia's style code is more cleaner and precise.
- Adsense Ready: The theme is fully Adsense ready, providing you the availability to no longer edit Theme files to insert Google Ad blocks. All you have to do is go to theme options (The Tigarator) and enter your Adsense pub-ID.
- Link Unit Bar: The Tigarator has a 1-click feature through which you can enable/disable the horizontal 4 ad link unit bar under the header in case you want to put link units in your sidebar.
- Gravatar Ready: The theme is gravatar ready. All you need to do is install the Gravatar Plugin and Actiavte it and the function will automatically be parsed by the theme.
- Dynamic CSS: The best feature of this theme is that it is not run by style.css instead style.php which is dynamic and lets you change theme color,positioning etc on the flye using Tigarator.
- Widget Ready: The theme suuports Wordpress Widgets and itself has cool Widgets that you can add/edit using the Sidebar.
- 3 Column Flexibility: The theme is a 3 column theme with a left sidebar and right bar which are both controlled by sidebar.php (A flexible and easy approach).
- Fluid Width: The theme width is fluid all the way down. You can change the size of left sidebar or right sidebar or even can shrink the middle bar content on the fly using Tigarator.
- Web 2.0 Standard Design: The design is eye catching following the Web 2.0 Traditions with more white space, light colors, sans-sarif fonts and big headings.
- Cross Browser Compatibility: The theme is designed for maximum stability against all known browsers specially Firefox and
Idiot ExplorerInternet Explorer - Fast Loading Theme: Despite being a 3 column complex theme the theme loads very fast across all connections.
- No Style Coding Required: Indeed, the specialty of this theme is that the whole css and color scheme can be changed without the need to edit any theme files. Its all done through your Tigarator.

The theme is absolutely majestic for a tech blog! It has all the ingredients but for a personal blog I would select a theme which needs minimum customization with respect to plugins like tags,related posts etc. Fingers crossed for the next ‘personal’ theme from you

Great theme!! I was searching for something like this, but the color is not good for my site
, and frankly I am still very new at php so I can’t try to change it for my site, but really that’s the best adsense theme I saw till now (and I’ve been searching for two weeks).

@ Eliedh - The best thing about Tigopedia is that you don’t need to know any coding/programming to update the Theme’s style to match your blog/site. It is all controlled by the Tigarator and can be done on the fly. Moreover i will soon release 4 Tigopedia Custom Style Schemes that can be used instead of this design

is a seperately installed Plugin for Wordpress
It is not at all a part of the Tigopedia Theme Pack
I have installed your theme and i found bugs. If i’am logged in and i’m navigating the site the pages are not loaded correctly: only text is loaded without graphics, i have to hit F5 each time to corect this, i’m using IE6,
my resolution is 1280×1024 and when i click Favourites on IE6 the right sidebar is shifted with a few pixels on the right side.But is no problem when i navigate with Firefox… Anyway, great theme, my click rate is increasing.
Dude initially the mother theme Tiga had a lot of problems with IE and i agree with that
but before releasing Tigopedia i specially took care of it and made it 100% compatibe with IE. I tried logging in through IE and navigated the site and found no problems. I will surely focus on your comment when I get atleast 2-3 people facing the same issue

Hey, I love the theme. I had an existing site and tried to select this theme instead and got the problems you see on my website. Didnt know if you saw it before or could provide some guidance. Is there anything to look out for when its being converted from an existing theme?

The problem you are having with this theme on your site is probably due to one of the following reasons
-Corrupted Package Download (Try Re Downloaded the Theme Pakcage)
-Corrupted Wordpress Install (Try Re Installing Wordpress)
-Host Problem

I thought it might be wordpress, so I updated to 2.1. That did not work. I tried to download it again and put it on one of my other blogs and it caused the same problem. My other themes seem to work fine.
I was thinking the same things as you, so.. updated wordpress, redownloaded, tried it on another blog.
My buddy also uses godaddy as its host and he’s using your theme fine!

Well as you said yourself only you are the one yet to experience this problem
so I think its got something to do with your wordpress installation
As far as i can assume
you have hierarchy problem 
means you have not put the theme as it should be in the themes directory
It should be like {Wordpress}/wp-content/themes/tigopedia/{Tigopedia_ThemE_Files}
Please check it and tell me if this solved your problem
Great theme and I’ve already customized a couple of things on mine. One thing. The theme (before customizing) does not validate as XHTML transitional.
I know it does not
and I beg your pardon for that because originally the theme contains the adsense script too
and it is a very well known phenomenon that the script provided by Adsense hinders to validate the markup
so I hope as long as the theme contains only 20-30 errors it wont create much of a problem

The secret of this theme is to not modify your ads size and everything is ok with the layout:) Keep them as in original download…. But still a have that problem with incomplete loading of page only when i’m logged in. Very strange…
It would be great if there is a Background switcher. Please let me know how it is done so that i can implement it on my site.

@ Menon - Good for you the theme already has a Background Switcher in Theme Options (The Tigarator)
Just navigate to the Tigarator and look for Body Background Image under the Page Heading.

@Dj Flush -I’m using IE6 and my internet connection is very fast, so this is not the problem.
I am facing Adi’s problem as well when i wanted to change the Adsense code… I am sure its some other issue. Let me know if I can be of any help to you…
@ Menon - The Tigopedia Reloaded theme will be available in a month or so because I m adding a total new look and some new functions to it
The Right Sidebar Advertisements can easily be changed/edited/removed through sidebar.php
To have colored background comments you can open style.php and play with the code or wait for Tigopedia Reloaded to release
It would be easier for me to rectify your problem If you kindly post a screenshot

Ive tried this out on two blogs and get the same thing. The sidebar lists are screwed up when I customize the “Sidebar Widgets”. I’m guessing that the “Sidebar Widgets” navigation is not styled correctly. I’m not referring to the Tigarator settings.
I’m playing around with the stylesheet, but I’m not exactly sure what to change or delete.

yesterday my tigopedia theme gave up on me and after which i am unable to reload the same. The symptoms are as folloows:-
1. No background
2. No Tigopedia Image available on the themes Menu.
3. I downloaded a copy 3 thrice to check it but in vain.
Please help
@ Menon - I assume you are having one of the following problems
- A bad hierarchy of theme files
- Try deleting theme tables from database from theme options and Re activate the theme
- Some server issue (As I can see currently you have another theme which is not working correctly too)
You can try one of the suitable actions above or download Tigopedia Reloaded and try it as it does not use any database tables
I dont think so… I am leaving it like how it was… please let me know wht the issue is… By the way i dont have access to the database… Please let me know what to do
Well Tigopedia is Database Powered indeed so I suggest why dont you download Tigopedia Reloaded and give it a try?

I personally prefer this original Tigopedia over the Reloaded, because there isnt any options pages in the Reloaded one. Well, there is, but what happened to all the options like adjusting header color, header image…post title color…etc in the Tigarator for Reloaded?
Hope you’ll carry on supporting this theme, or add more options to the options page (Tigarator)…so that its easy for customization…well done and a lovely theme compared to the majority out there. I like it pretty much. Would be even better if the sidebars are all widgetized from the start..as adding any widgets makes the sidebars look drastically altered…with the fonts too small, calender doesnt look nice…etc., so I decided not to add any sidebar widgets.
@ Darrrin - As Tigopedia was my first theme ever therefore I also have love for this theme
The only thing is that while releasing he theme I did not check some codes therefore it is graphically not Sidebar Widget Compatible
Now a days I am working on a new version of Tigopedia Reloaded As soon as its done I will release a new version of Tigopedia and a whole brand new theme

I am working on customizing a theme for a client and she likes your Tigopedia theme. I downloaded it from your main page, where you indicate that there are no known issues with the theme. I got a long ways into customizing it before finding out that the sidebar widgets don’t work. I had to come here to find out that there is a problem with them. You should really put that on the main download page so someone else doesn’t waste hours of work like I did and now I have to start over with another theme. I’m sure this is unintentional- just wanted to let you know that it would have been much better if I had known that up front. Thanks.
Randa Clay I really apologize for that as I know the time of every designer is very precious. The theme was fine until before wordpress 2.1 but as soon as after the release of wordpress 2.2 the code has changed and it is therefore no more widget compatible.
I am working on a new version and it will be soon out. I thank you for bringing this to my consideration and I once again really apologize for it.
Is it possible to add an ad block to the index.php so I can have an add block above my top post? I added the code but it doesn’t show…any ideas?
Yes you to add a widget which contains your ad code just before the loop starts in index.php and thats all.
Just saw your theme is no longer widget ready….is there any way to get widgets working in 1.0 or do i have to wait for the next release?
