I know many will disagree with me but I feel that google PR makes little sense as far as traffic is concerned. I remember when my PR was 0 few months back, I used to receive the same number of search engine referrals as i am receiving now with PR of 4. With time the PR increases and definitely having more posts increases traffic (not true for a tech blog but definitely true for any other blog).
Any comments?
Yeah I also checked it last week for my blog… It showed PR4 within 2 weeks of my site’s inception… I am happy
@ Sharique - Indeed My Theme has helped me a lot in getting backlinks but this can be harmful too in a particular way which I shall discuss in one of my posts

2nd thing is that even I do agree with what you said about the Pagerank and Traffic relation. Indeed Pagerank is a property enhanced with time and has no relation to Traffic but Pagerank marks the popularity of your blog, specially if you own a Tech Blog

I agree with Sharique to quite an extent but i think this has diffrent results depending on diffrent situations . I feel that basically it only helps in getting your posts on top pages on search results so you might expect some traffic than before .

I do not blindly trust the Predicted Pagerank Technology but it sure does have a lot of close-to-reality feature.
