    1 - You do not specify the Jurisdiction of DMCA. 1 - Lei non specifica le competenze del DMCA. I thought it was USA only. Ho pensato che fosse solo USA. Although if offences are imprisonable for more than a year judges could extradite people under some Treaties (such as the dodgy one signed by our - UK - govt a few years ago). Ma se i reati siano passibili di pene detentive per più di un anno i giudici potrebbe estradare persone al di sotto alcuni trattati (come quello dodgy firmato dai nostri - Regno Unito - govt a pochi anni fa).
