Now a days the use of official web documents is just crossing the edge. Well I would not say that only now rather always documents have been a need of time. Today we rely more on soft copy documents than on hard copy documents and such widely used soft copy document format is called the PDF Document .

PDF Document Format is now the essential need of every office work. But the problem remains that there are only a number of free online services that allow you to convert your existing document or data format to PDF.

  • Thanks for the useful post. They are all cute tool to convert PDF expediently. However, sometimes the online converter let me wait a long time to get the converted files and it does not support encrypted files conversion.

    As for me, when I come across pdf files, I always convert PDF files to editable word format with AnyBizSoft PDF to Word Converter and edit them if necessary. From my long time experience of searching and testing, this tool supports encrypted files and preserves text, layouts, images and hyperlinks well.

    I prefer www.printinpdf.com to convert my documents into PDFs. Unlike other sites, print in pdf has no size limitations and the pdf files can be downloaded instantly.

    Try this: send your files as an attachment to pdf@koolwire.com ... they will convert them to PDF and send them back as attachment in 60-90 secs. I tried it with a heavy ppt file, works just great

  • I think the free online converters can convert only up to a certain size. There are softwares available for converting, again these are not free ones. :smile:
