I tried downloading the plug in as quoted in “Download the Wordpress Link Directory Plugin”, but the link appears to be broken as it gave me a 404 error page. You should fix this so people that are visiting your site can benefit from it. Feel free to let me know when you have fixed it .

If you would like link directory that actually works. You can use phpLd and integrate with wordpress.

this plugin is a waste. doesn’t work. not supported. why do people write plugin and abandon them and why do blogs promote them.

I have this plugin working using Wordpress 2.6 (with a bit of test data that seems to be OK), but instead of the link directory appearing in a subdirectory, I’d like it to show on my home page (or one section of it). Does anyone know of a way to include the link directory in your (root directory) home page?

So the plugins not support wp2.5? and i have a problem with the captcha from displaying;
GD Support enabled
GD Version bundled (2.0.34 compatible)
server is supporting it.

Yes, I have tried this one on 2.5 and 2.5.1 but to no avail…seems not compatible and the plugin has a very poor support.

I am not sure! the plugin is no longer supported and is not compatible with the latest Wordpress 2.5 so its hard to say anything regarding the plugin and its usability.
