Since the acquisition of YouTube back in October 2006 the online video sharing service has grown a lot and is in the major spotlight of the Internet market. Thousands and millions of videos are hosted by this great online service and it is now becoming a craze for the Internet audience.
The new YouTube Beta Interface
Google is now planning to rebrand the official homepage of YouTube following the recent improvements made by YouTube in the videos page layout. By default YouTube is still running on the old layout but in every video page there is an option to test the new beta layout page for the video and you can then also revert to the old layout in a second. Moreover you can just add the "&v3" code after the URL link of a certain clip to get yourself to the new beta layout page for that video clip.
Old Layout vs New Layout
Here is what the old layout for a general video clip looks like

The old layout has got a new option just beside the video clip called "Try out the New version of this page" which will lead you to the new layout as soon as you click it. You can easily revert back to the old version at any time you like.
and Here is a look at the New Layout

This is how the new beta interface looks like. You would have noticed that the video player size has slightly increased in the in the new interface. This new appearance is attractive as the related videos are now shown on the right sidebar and not at its end. There are new buttons below the clip which allow to save, share, report as well add the clip to your playlists.
You can embed a YouTube video to your blog/site using either the old or the new video player interface without having to write the "&rel0" code at the end of the URL link. The new YouTube interface really gives the users an enriched video watching experience and ease of use.

I liked the new interface. Very clean. And not dumped with loads of info.
Exactly! YouTube has designed the layout so users can enjoy more of the video clip than the stupid “related videos” and “more from this user” crap bundled up with other links and info. I like the new new layout especially the bigger video player
