YouTube Remixer has some problems as far as I have experienced. You should try remixing another video or you can try and ask for help at YouTube support.

Even I have been getting that sort of error recently while trying to remix my YouTube videos.
Perhaps I can assume that YouTube is currently trying to update the Remixer therefore many of us are experiencing this problem.
I hope it will get ok soon.
I can open the Remixer but whenever I drag a file into the Remixer from either my hard drive or a website it will open Windows explorer or the website the picture came from. Also I can’t get pictures on the YouTube Remixer. Can you please help me.
