I wonder when I will get my hands on this ever beauty. This is definitely one of the best cell gadgets ever made but due to its limitation to be used with AT&T only it has disappointed a large number of fans worldwide. But what if I tell you how to unlock an iPhone with just the push of one button? (No no! I am not a lunatic)

This amazing software will enable you to hack/activate iPhone to be used with any service provider. It will keep you from limiting your iPhone to AT&T and signing the 2 year contract. I personally do not guarantee that this software will work or not but I have read in some forums and sources that it has proved to be lucky for some iPhone users so I think you must try this on your iPhone.

How To Use The Unlock iPhone Software

Oh well if you are thinking I am going to narrate a novel-long story of how to use this software you are so wrong. This is one of the simplest softwares I have ever seen. Just run the app and click on the 'Unlock iPhone' button and in a few seconds you will own an unlocked iPhone.

    Too bad the only other carrier you could use is TMobile. This is because the iPhone is GSM and only Cingular/AT&T and TMobile are GSM. So given the fact that TMobile sucks, why is this even useful?

    For all those who think that what would be the use of Unlocking an iPhone is that there are a lot of features in iPhone which currently only run with AT&T.

    Like the iPod in iPhone does not run without having an AT&T service and that simply sucks. Unlocking will enable you to use the iPod without AT&T service.

    Then comes the problem of using the phone features. There are a lot of countries which support GSM services. Pakistan (my own dear country) has a wide network of GSM services. Just imagine if you could use an iPhone at your place when it is no even officially released there.

    This software is one hell of a handy application.

    If anyone really thinks that this program can UNLOCK the SIM on the iPhone, IT CAN’T. I have been keeping up with the dev group who have been working hard at unlocking the iPhone and as of yet it isnt. Please READ the website where this page links to and look for this line in BLUE..

    “SIM-card phone unlocking function will be added soon.”

    Yes it is an easy feature to turn the iPhone into an 8gb iPod Video with WIFI but at the moment, there is NO SIM UNLOCK AVAILABLE as of yet

    Well the article is misleading. Everyone thinks when someone says ACTIVATED or UNLOCKED IPHONE, they assume that the iPhone has been SIM UNLOCKED which isn’t true.

    I have been keeping up with the Dev Team working on the SIM LOCK and they haven’t gotten anywhere. The only PARTIAL unlock there is available for the iPhone is the one where you can use ANY Cingular or ATT card in it. Thats what I have done, I’m just waiting for my prepaid SIM to come in from eBay.

    The method above is the easiest way to unlock the phone. There are similar ones and they pretty much work the same. If you want the proper hacking utility, it is to manually go through it with a Mac and use terminal and the hacking software the dev team has made. It generates a valid token so you won’t keep getting “INCORRECT SIM CARD” or “PLEASE REACTIVATE THROUGH ITUNES”. For me info, just ask…

    Greg Lets hope you and your dev team come up with some permanent solution for the iPhone Hack and Activation.

    Though I have seen a lot videos till now on YouTube that really show iPhone being Hacked and used by service providers other than AT&T. I just hope that we can get a permanent working solution for it so I can share it with my readers and one-day use it on my own iPhone too.

    There is the hack that allows you to use any Cingular card on the market but there are currently no SIM lock cracks available.

    By the way, Do not update the iPhone software to v1.0.1… it has been known to destroy everything that has been previously done (all hacks and such)….just a heads up!

    just got my iphone im in toronto canada and as soon as i sync it with my itunes it took me through the AT&T contract activation..so i ran this App and it worked took me to the menu settings..you need to first uninstall the latest version of itunes 7 install 3.0 ver then run the crack tool..then update to itunes 7! works perfect now if you could only get to unlock the service so i could use my rogers sim card! thanks guys!

    all gsm sim card should fit well atleast from north america. look at the angles it shud line up..i though i had the same issue but it fit ok.

    Ali Its good to know that you have unlocked the iPhone but your service charges are insane. Dude someone can buy a brand new iPhone with 500 USD and when there are guides available on the Internet that help you unlock the iPhone for free then why would someone care spending 500 USD (30,000 PKR) for it?

    There are already 10-20 genuine guides that I know of that can help you unlock an iPhone easily and they don’t charge you a cent for it.

    Peter Buddy I think you should get it already and it is a very stable idea because already there is a working iPhone hack available. Get it now and enjoy the cool features of the iPhone.

    Travis Buddy this activation software will only activate the iPod and WiFi features so that they can be used without AT&T but won’t allow you to activate Phone features.

    I have mentioned it twice already and I will mention it again that this iPhone unlock software will only unlock the iPod and WiFi feature.

    To fully unlock the iPhone such that you can make calls from it and use it with a different service provider you will have to follow Unlock iPhone Step By Step Guide.

    I don’t see how there could be a “software” solution to unlocking the phone since it works on a GSM network. When I go to Europe with other phones (Palm, BB) I simply insert my UK Card into my unlocked phone. Since the casing of the Iphone is closed and cannot be opened I don’t see you could possibly change to another service provider when you are still using the original sim card.

    hovibaby07 There is no global iPhone unlock solution available yet. The softwares that claim to unlock the iPhone work on a probability factor so all you can do is just try some random iPhone Unlock softwares and check to see if anyone really works for you.

    The more I play around with the iPhone the more disappointed I am.

    No way to unlock the phone to use with multiple sims cards. If you’re paying this much money for a phone you should be able to use it with any service provider you want. In fact, it might be illegal to not make a phone unlockable. Why else would AT&T give their customers an unlock code to every other locked phone they sell. If they didn’t have to they wouldn’t and would force us to roam all over the world.

    No Cut and Paste. Has anyone at Apple actually lived in the real world? Do they know that copying part of one email message and pasting it into another is a real time safer?

    No real Push Email.

    No way to send pdf or word docs. Yes you can view them, but in the business world sending docs is an important feature.

    No ‘delete all’ for email. Not only that, but after you individually delete each friggin’ message you have to go to the trash box and individually delete them all again. This is just insane!

    No A2DP bluetooth

    No MMS. C’mon $60 phones have this !!!

    No Landscape Keyboard mode for Email. If they can do in Safari why not email?

    No 3rd party software. How can you try and sell this as the ‘next generation’ in phone technology when phones that are 2 generations older have more features? In the end I am afriad all this is, is an Ipod with a phone dumped on it…

    Okay, that’s my rant and I do feel better now :)

    Failed.

    Krn This is not the SIM unlock. This software will only unlock the iPod and WiFi features.

    Daniel Though it is hard for me to tell what the problem might be and I don’t want to make any false assumptions but trust me this software totally works on luck.

    I don’t think it even works with the new iPhone firmware so I guess it won’t work for you.

    Well here in Colombia they are unlocking the iPhones pretty easy and very cheap $25 dollars and there no problem with all the network here is GSM and it works excellent you should try this guys…will try to get more info to see how they are unlocking this baby.

    I was just in beijing and I saw some ridiculous ads for $300 3G iphones… be careful when you’re out there… if you’re lucky enough to have an iPhone though, check out the Beijing Taxi Guide on the iPhone App Store – there are like 1000+ Chinese addresses in the guide, so you just search in English and show it to the driver, don’t have to futz around trying to pronounce pinyin stuff etc, lifesaver!
