If you are using Internet Explorer then the full loaded video will be copied to Temporary Internet Files as cache which can be easily copied to your desktop and can be renamed. Yeah, i found it in my temporary internet files section, but the type of file it is under, is HTML document and is different to the screenshot of ur temporary file.
