Microsoft has always dominated and attracted users through the strategy of professional service design which can be clearly seen in the range of all Windows Live Products. Windows Live Messenger Introductory Video is a new promotional video made by Microsoft to publicize Windows Live Messenger. This makes Microsoft different in the sense that, unlike other online companies which rely on instruction manuals to promote and publicize their product, Microsoft has taken a step ahead and used visuals as the bridge between users and Windows Live Products.
