Tool To Map Your Blog Visitors in Real Time

It is definitely cool to see where your blog visitors are coming from as it gives you deep statistics about your traffic sources. Live Wordpress Plugin is a sweet tool for Wordpress users that shows you where your visitors are coming from and what they are doing on your blog in real time but the review of a similar yet more interactive tool by TechCrunch really caught my attention.

Maps.amung.us: Real-time Geo Tracking Tool

maps.amung.us is a free online flash-based tool that lets you see exactly where your blog visitors are coming from (geographically) in real-time. The very sexy feature of this tool is that it shows your visitor statistics in real time and you don’t have to refresh the page every time to check for new visitors rather the tool will show a pin blink as soon as a new visitor enters.

Get the Geo Map Widget for your Blog

Customize the geo map widget easily by following 4 simple steps and embed it to your blog. Embeddable maps are available in two sizes, one comparatively bigger, and a smaller version for sites that want to save a little space. There are more than 1000 customizations available.

Really cool Dj Flush - Any idea if it affects blog load times? I’d love to stick it for a go on my blog, but it has enough plugins and widgets that slow it down already.

Cheers — Dev

Dev I recommend you to not use it on your blog as the plugin will definitely affect your blog load time :)

Hey I remember ClustrMaps :) I never used it because it was static and not so cool.
