How to Show Your Name in Windows Taskbar Cómo mostrar su nombre en la barra de tareas de Windows

Though there are thousands of Windows XP tips and tricks but some of them are very easy to implement and at the same time very fun to do. Aunque hay miles de consejos y trucos de Windows XP, pero algunos de ellos son muy fáciles de aplicar y, al mismo tiempo muy divertido de hacer. Today I have a sweet Windows XP trick for you that will give your Windows a personal touch and will also let you show off your name branding in front of your non-geek friends. Hoy tengo un truco dulce de Windows XP para que Windows le dará un toque personal y también le permitirá mostrar su nombre de marca frente a sus amigos no geek. Basically this trick will let you display a name of your choice (preferably your own name) in the Windows Taskbar just beside the digital time clock. Básicamente este truco le permitirá mostrar un nombre de su elección (de preferencia su propio nombre) en la barra de tareas de Windows al lado del reloj de tiempo digital.

Follow the steps and see the sweet magic Siga los pasos y ver la magia dulce

  1. Open Start Menu and then open Control Panel Abra el menú Inicio y luego abra el Panel de control
  2. Double click Regional and Language Options Haga doble clic en Configuración regional y de idioma
  3. Click Customize (besides English US drop down menu) Haga clic en Personalizar (además de Inglés caída de EE.UU. el menú desplegable)
  4. Go to Time tab and change AM/PM symbols to the name of your choice Ir a la ficha y el cambio de AM / PM símbolos con el nombre de su elección

and you are done y ya está : D now that was fast and easy wasn't it? Ahora que fue rápido y fácil ¿no? Enjoy. Disfrutar. Here is what I came up with Esto es lo que me ocurrió

    This only works if you have the 12 hour AM/PM clock, and not if you, as the rest of the non-english speaking world, have the 24 hour clock. Esto sólo funciona si usted tiene la PM 12 horas / reloj de la tarde, y si no, como el resto del mundo no habla Inglés, tiene el reloj de 24 horas.

    You can also use this trick in the 24 hr mode, just add a "t" after the hour, with the number of T's being equal to the number of Chars. También puedes utilizar este truco en el modo de 24 horas, sólo tiene que añadir una "t" después de la hora, con el número de T es igual al número de caracteres.
