Long ago I asked on the Digital Point Forums if there was any check offered by Google Adsense which can ensure Publisher safety but the answer of course disappointed me then. I sometimes came across people complaining and looking out for solution especially when their publisher number are used outside publisher's websites by some irresponsible people.
