Google System recently discovered a new service by Google that lets you share interesting links with your friends and the entire world. The service has perhaps not been launched officially yet but can still be used in a normal manner like every other Google Service.
Google Shared Stuff
Google Shared Stuff is a new service by Google which aims to evolve social bookmarking and gives you the ability to save your favorite links on a specific profile page or even mail them to your friends right away. Plus you can post your favorite links to any of the famous social bookmarking networks like Digg, Del.icio.us and Furl.

To use the Google Shared Stuff feature you need to need to drag a bookmarklet to your browser's link bar or to click on the "Share" button from a web page. Currently the "Share" button is only visible in Google Videos according to what Google System is reporting.
How To Use Google Shared Stuff Bookmarklet

When you click on the Google Shared Stuff bookmarklet in your browser it will open a popup window and offers three main ways to share content with your friends and family.
- You can add the item to your Google Shared Stuff page, which would look something
- You can email the page, with a custom message
- You can post the page to some related social bookmarking sites
Google Shared Stuff Profile Page

Every user gets his/her own shared stuff public profile page where others can see excerpts to your favorite links and articles. The link to your shared stuff profile can be found at
http://www.google.com/s2/sharing/stuff
Google Shared Stuff even lets you add tags to your favorite links and articles and you can even browse the most popular links in a particular tag.
Google Shared Stuff RSS
This is a good feature that I discovered in Google Shared Stuff. It will create an RSS output of all the links that you share publicly and of course being a blogger and a developer we know RSS have a million uses and can be used anywhere to fetch content.
If you want to see a preview of Google Shared Stuff you can check out my Shard Stuff Profile page at

I will primarily use it to feature articles from my own blog
