Monetize and Make Money Online with WidgetBucks

Contextual advertising is still ruling the Internet with Google Adsense being the most powerful contextual ad network but few new ad agencies have established a new concept of advertising which display ads according to a particular niche or product and WidgetBucks is definitely one of them.

WidgetsBucks is Here To Help You Make Money Online

WidgetBucks is actually a new ad network which can prove for you as your best online money maker only if you have a good product or niche related blog and in that case I am very lucky as Sizlopedia mainly focuses on softwares, gadgets, computers and other miscellaneous products which are hot in the tech market.

It follows the tradition of Auction Ads which basically introduced the concept of making money online through referral purchases. Auction Ads has not quite reached up to the mark because of its poor ad performance and bad keyword technology but we expect WidgetBucks to do good things for us in terms of making money online.

Free $25 with WidgetBucks Plus a Referral Program

WidgetBucks offers the same $25-bonus-on-initial-signup reward like Auction Ads but I don’t think anyone would fall for it as it is nothing more than a publisher attraction. Plus there is also a WidgetBucks Referral program which can help you earn a 10 percent referral fee based on the commissions earned by the people you refer. Affiliates receive this 10 percent for the full 1 year after the new member joins.

WidgetBucks for Bloggers

WidgetBucks will easily integrate with your Wordpress blog because it is all about copy/pasting a simple javascript code just like you do to integrate Google Adsense ads in your blog. Currently only about 4-5 ad sizes are available with a good set of color themes.

You can either allow WidgetBucks to search your site and display the most relevant product ads accordingly or you can just specify a category and WidgetBucks will only show ads related to the products of that category. The ads are flash based.

WidgetBucks is a good new network so I think publishers should definitely give this a try and especially if you have product targeted blog then you don’t want to miss a good money making source. I planned to give up one space of Google Adsense for WidgetBucks and only time will tell whether I did it for the good or for the worse.

I’ve installed it since yesterday. Seems interesting enough. I’m curious how well it does for me.

Well looks a nice income generator. But I’m better off without advertising right now as my blog is new & I’m focusing only on content right now…Maybe I’ll start monetizing my blog next month.

Brown Its been one day since I implemented WidgetBucks ads and since then they have shown no better luck for me but as they are product related ads so I think we shouldn’t expect much out of them.

One thing is clear that they can’t replace Adsense at any cost.

Nuts & Milk I agree with you. Unique content delivery should be the main aim of a new blogger. Money making comes afterwards and isn’t that important either.

I withheld signing up for this when I noticed the section that asked for social security numbers was not secure.

I emailed them regarding this but haven’t yet received a reply.

In these days of identity theft, I am being a bit more cautious with personal information.

menopauseprincess For me the foremost concern is the revenue and WidgetBucks is not doing me any good.

I guess I will test it for some more days and then eventually remove it.

Widget Bucks is performing better than Chitika in my blog. For a few more days i will watch and decide whether to keep chitika or widget bucks.

Indeed its doing good for me too now. I earned almost around $20 from WidgetBucks in about 6 days which I think is brilliant.

I’ve been using WidgetBucks on one of my site since the beginning of the month and its doing wonderfully well for me, unlike a lot of people who have reported otherwise.

Infact, I just added it to my blog where I reviewed it, and the clicks are beginning to come in as well :-)

Just signed up. hope i earn more with this than adsense, I’ll wait one week running the ads to see what I can get.

I’m signing up too, lets see how this goes

Widget Bucks is going good for me but not as good as Google Adsense.

The problem with Widget Bucks ads is that the CTR is very low otherwise the pay per click cost is good enough.

Widget bucks works great for sites that are product specific. If you site is about cell phones then this widget is for you. I have noticed a much higher ctr on my widget bucks then adsense and am making more money from it. If your blogs are not product specific it may not perform as well. Placement is another major factor.

My account was banned for invalid clicks. lol I’m an adsense user for 2 years and I think I know not to click my own ads. Widgetbucks = Scam

So far my experience with WidgetBucks is going very good. I have over 53 referrals and I have earned a total of $130+ using WidgetBucks. No issues or concerns yet.

I think you should contact them and ask them about your account being banned for no reason.

I like the concept, but I am not getting any clicks. I do have the widget quite far down on the page, but I have my pages optimized for AdSense. I have only made $1.81 for December and January - not good at all. And that is the total for 6 web sites and blogs! Jeanne

Yeah, I’ve been hearing that too.

I just signed up for WidgetBucks a few minutes ago. Let’s see how well it going to do. I’ll post the results on my blog as soon as I get WidgetBuck reports.

I joined them only recently and did a post about widgetbucks Hopefully, they will turn out good but I am not expecting them to be as profitable as adsense.
