Ok we know that Google is the Gigabyte king and provides GBs of storage space for each of its services. Ok we weten dat Google is de Gigabyte koning en biedt GBs opslagruimte voor elk van haar diensten. Google recently upgraded Gmail such that now it provides a whooping 5 GB+ storage space to each of its users. Google's Gmail zodanig verbeterd dat het nu voorziet in een gierend + 5 GB opslagruimte aan elk van haar gebruikers. So what exactly is the next big thing coming? Dus wat is precies de next big thing coming?

It might be the much awaited and highly rumored GDrive about which we have been reading all over the Internet and Blogosphere. Het zou de lang verwachte en zeer gekletst GDrive waarover we al het lezen van alle via internet en Blogosphere.

Wall Street Journal Wall Street Journal is reporting that Google is perhaps ready to unveil its Public Mass File Storage service in the coming new year. rapporteert dat Google misschien bereid is om haar publieke Mass File Storage dienst onthullen in het komende nieuwe jaar. Whether it will be called GDrive or not, well thats again a very big mystery and Google has no official word on it yet. Of het zal worden genoemd GDrive of niet, goed thats weer een heel groot mysterie en Google heeft geen officiële woord over het nog niet. However the question is that how much space will GDrive provide to its users and will the space really be worth it now that we have a 5 GB big Gmail account and almost unlimited document file storage on Google Docs? Maar de vraag is hoeveel ruimte zal GDrive te bieden aan haar gebruikers en zal de ruimte echt de moeite waard nu dat we een 5 GB grote Gmail-account hebt en bijna onbeperkte document opslag van bestanden op Google Documenten?

Microsoft SkyDrive and Yahoo Briefcase are the two online file storage services already launched by Google's market competitors so if Google wants to revolutionize the concept of online file storage then it definitely should come up with something big and better. SkyDrive Microsoft en Yahoo Briefcase zijn de twee online opslag van bestanden diensten die al gelanceerd door de markt van Google's concurrenten dus als Google wil het concept van online opslag van bestanden dan een revolutie op het zeker moet komen met iets groots en beter.

  • I tried using a service recently that tries to use gmail as an online hardrive without much luck! Ik probeerde met behulp van een dienst onlangs dat probeert om Gmail te gebruiken als een online hardrive zonder veel geluk! Hopefully Google will release it soon so we can have a peak. Hopelijk Google zal binnenkort los te maken zodat we een piek kan hebben.
  • Wasnt there a tool available through which we can use Gmail has a hard drive. Wasnt er een hulpmiddel beschikbaar waarmee we Gmail kunnen gebruiken heeft een harde schijf.
