I don't live in the US but 99% of my traffic comes from the US, is there anything that can be done to get relevant ads? It uses browser language settings as such is not perfect, by any means, but it works to a degree and allows you to put better ads in front of your international visitors. I'd be interested to hear how much it helps and if you have any other tips for limiting CPM impressions? If you find the CPM ads a bit naff, I’ve put together a script to show something else for non-US visitors.
