Fast and Free alternative to Adobe PDF Reader

pdf-xchange-box.gif Adobe PDF Reader is no doubt one of the best PDF document reading utility. Indeed the fact is that the PDF or Portable Document Format was created by Adobe Systems itself back in 1993.

But most of you would agree that most of the softwares created by Adobe systems take up too much of your computer memory and Adobe PDF Reader is one of such softwares. Despite consuming a lot of PC memory, Adobe PDF Reader also takes much time to load.

PDF XChange is a very useful new utility that serves as the best alternative to Adove PDF Reader. PDF XChange is a PDF document viewing application that is much more faster and smaller than Adobe PDF Reader. Plus it also allows you to add comments and annotations to your PDF files and has the ability to open multiple PDF files simultaneously in a tabbed mode.

You can even use a Portable version of this utility which requires no installation and can be used directly from a CD or USB stick.

  • I disagree, though you have well spotted the free product, but free foxit reader is the best and light weight
  • I deleted my "old" Adobe Reader 8.1.0 coz the updater used 100% from my cpu and hangs. Even the installation was about 50 Megs great and i think thats realy to much for an damn viewer.

Im using now Foxit Reader. Its smaller and much faster. The installation file is less then 3 MB. (PDF X Change is about 14MB).

I tried PDF X Change and it not so good as foxit.
  • Although I prefer Foxit PDF reader, I will give it a try.
  • Did-It-2-'Em!
All you need to do is get a PIRATED VERSION of the PROFESSIONAL version (4.0 or later) and ENJOY! Phuck "The System!" ;-)
