Since I bought my iPod Touch I have become a true fan of all Apple gadgets and devices. Unfortunately I was busy with my exams during the MacWorld Expo 2008 and could not highlight the great gadgets unleashed there but now as I am free of all the study-business, I would like to introduce to you a new Apple device revealed recently that has been creating a lot of “buzz in the air”.
MacBook Air that was recently unveiled at the MacWorld Expo 2008 is the stunning new device introduced by Apple. It was marketed and promoted using the tag line “There is something in the air!” as Apple claims it to be the most light weight and thinnest notebook laptop in the world.
MacBook Air Specifications
You will be surprised to know that the MacBook Air features a 13.3-inch LED-backlit widescreen display that has a 1280 x 800 pixel resolution. It weighs about 3 pounds and has a thickness of 0.16-0.76 inches. It is 2.8 inches wide and 8.95 inches deep.
MacBook Air comes 1.8-inch hard disk drive featuring 80GB of storage capacity and is powered by an Intel Core 2 Duo chip running at 1.6GHz. It also features a built-in iSight webcam and a full sized MacBook-style black keyboard. Surprisingly, no optical drive is included (now we know why MacBook Air is so slim) however an external USB 2.0 SuperDrive can be bought for a mere price of $99.
The starting price of MacBook Air shall be $1,799 and it shall be out in the stores by the start of February.
Many users are saying already that MacBook Air perhaps might not be the ideal choice of a notebook user as it lacks some of the basic features and is very fragile. Looking at the price and specifications I guess the users not at all wrong.

You got that right, but you missed one of the most important points. Apple came out with some software that is meant to fix the problem of of no optical drive by installing it onto PC’s that DO have optical drives. However, the problem with this is that they claimed it was a brand new, never before created, software, which is in fact false. Microsoft set up network drives and included it in Windows 98!
When will people start to wise up and stop supporting the fools at Apple?
If you think that the communication device you have is the best then you are yet to see this . Its great and amazing the features and functions are outstanding , it is better seen and thanany.
