Actually, you can use other formats like zip instead of RAR. I also perfer to hide files inside of movies, because it looks a little suspicious to have a picture more than 3mb in size XD

also, simply opening the file in 7zip without renaming it will allow you to view contents

see yar its so easy..rigt clk on d file so created while copying and den select properties in general choose change, in change select winrar thn fresh OK..nw on opening d image,it'll be open with the files present insude

In Vista, go to my computer, and click on “Organize” in the top navpane, and select “Folder and Search Options”.
Click on the “view” tab, and uncheck the “Hide extensions for known file types” box.
Your filenames should now display the extension, which can be changed by renaming the file.

You put the picture in an archive then extract the files anywhere. The folder you extracted the picture with the hidden file will have the file in there

I was unable to extract the files when using RAR as the archive format, but was able to do so using ZIP as the format.

for anyone who doesnt get it:
you can do this with ANY files, even if there is more than two, and even if the are not jpg. All this does is make a rar archive ‘inside’ another file. also, instead of changing the extension to .rar, you can just open the file with winrar.
