I found this set of portable speakers for the iPhone at GadgetTastic and to my surprise I was delighted to know that these portable speakers work for the iPod Touch too.

Though the iPhone has got external speakers but they are meant for call listening purposes and cannot be used extensively for audio entertainment and music listening.
