Windows Live SkyDrive, a free online storage space offered by Microsoft is finally out of the beta. Plus, now every user gets a 5GB of free online storage space instead of just 1GB.
Windows Live SkyDrive originally came out with the label Windows Live Folders but Microsoft soon changed the name to give it a more unique online identity. Lately, everything related to SkyDrive went dry as there were no new feature updates to be seen and the service was also still in a beta. However the final release ensures that the service will still live on for a much longer time.
SkyDrive will now be available in 38 countries/regions. This new release makes the service more faster, reliable and secure.
