And Windows already has plenty of functions, options, tools, and every bell and whistle you can think about in an OS but the thing that it lacks is a seamless fluid interaction between the user and the software. Microsoft needs to hire a new young GUI team to give Windows a new WOW factor. That's what people now-a-days want. Something to be impressed with. You said:

I disagree with you. I think Microsoft should concentrate on both design and function.
