HTC fans have finally got another touch-gadget to drool over and its none other than the HTC Touch Diamond which was recently announced by HTC at the May 6 HTC Event held in London. HTC fans har endelig fått en touch-gadget å sikle over og ingen andre enn HTC Touch Diamond som nylig ble annonsert av HTC på 6 mai HTC Event holdt i London. HTC Touch Diamond brings the prism-like look on the back that we have already seem in Nokia Prism and Sony Xperia. HTC Touch Diamond gir prisme-lignende utseende på baksiden som vi allerede ser i Nokia Prism og Sony Xperia.

HTC Touch f eatures the latest HTC Touch 3D interface (codenamed HTC Manila). HTC Touch f eatures siste HTC Touch 3D-grensesnitt (kodenavnet HTC Manila). It is the first ever phone which is fully controllable through touch gestures even though it runs on Windows Mobile which is not considered a very touch-friendly OS. Coming down to the features and specifications of HTC Touch Diamond, the phone looks really stylish however the processing speed of the device (as seen in a hands-on video) might not be equivalent to what users are expecting. Kommer ned til funksjoner og spesifikasjoner på HTC Touch Diamond, ser telefonen virkelig stilige imidlertid behandlingen hastighet av enheten (som sett i en hands-on video) kanskje ikke svarer til hva brukerne forventer. The device does not feature multi-touch technology so categorizing it as an iPhone competitor is totally out of the question. What we have more on board is a 2.8-inch VGA display, a built-in accelerometer which allows screen auto rotation. Perhaps not the iPhone, but the HTC Touch Diamond will surely give Sony Xperia a tough competition in the market now as both are powered by Windows Mobile. Kanskje ikke iPhone, men HTC Touch Diamond vil sikkert gi Sony Xperia en tøff konkurranse i markedet nå som begge er drevet av Windows Mobile.

I bougth HTC Daiamond on 5-7-2008 and after 2 days while I was discovering the feature of it, the mobile suddenly hanged and for 3 following days this problem continued for at least 3 times daily so, it was realy upseted me during a call or sending e-mail! Jeg bougth HTC Daiamond på 5-7-2008 og etter 2 dager mens jeg var oppdaget funksjonen av det, mobil plutselig hengt og for 3 følgende dager dette problemet fortsatte i minst 3 ganger daglig, så det var virkelig upseted meg under en ringe eller sende e-post! I took it the agent here in Q8 and they informed me that there is somethimg wrong in the device and I have the right to replac it with another one...for real I'm afraid to get new HTC Daiamond if this problem is alresdy exsit in all HTC Daiamond devices as I'll may not have another chance to replace the other one if it do not work propaply. Jeg tok den agent her i Q8 og de fortalte meg at det er somethimg galt i enheten, og jeg har rett til å replac den med en annen ... for real Jeg er redd for å få nye HTC Daiamond hvis dette problemet er alresdy exsit i alle HTC Daiamond enheter som jeg ikke kan ha en sjanse til å erstatte den andre hvis det ikke virker propaply.
