AT&T has unveiled the pricing plans for the upcoming Apple iPhone 3G which is to be released on July 11, at 8 am local time.
Apple claims to have made the iPhone more cheap and affordable as now the iPhone 3G will be available for $199 for the 8GB model and $299 for the 16GB model.

The new iPhone 3G will be available to new AT&T customers on a 2-year contract basis. However, in the future, AT&T will offer a no-contract-required option for $599 (8GB) or $699 (16GB).

Rogers Canada is also trying to give a push to their customers by offering iphone 3G after July 11. Even though It is gonna be an expensive plan, yet i can’t wait to get the new iphone 3G on my hands….
AT&T is the most clueless company next to Sprint when it comes to gaining and retaining customers. Was considering getting 2 iPhones and now am thinking about zero.
