		<description>This sounds exactly like Me.dium in that is using a social graph to show where others are surfing.  Kiobo doesn&#039;t offer a chatting interface which, I feel, takes away from the social aspect of it.  Someone can become a surfing fan of another, but there won&#039;t truly be any communication between the two of them.   It has some very interesting options, although it is really lacking the social aspects that other companies are offering.</description>
