    Actually there's a much easier way to do this. Na verdade há uma maneira muito mais fácil para fazer isso. Simply download itunes 8.0. Basta baixar o iTunes 8.0. But be warned! Mas ser advertido! Do not cancel once you have started this so make sure you have about an hour to and hour and a half to devote to this.     Once you plug in your ipod touch a pop up from itunes comes up saying that there is a new software update or something like that.
