Fresh news from the oven says that the upcoming Macworld Expo 2009 will be Apple's last, as announced by Apple earlier today.
If this news doesn't disappoint Apple users enough, they should also note that the last Macworld Expo won't feature the traditional opening keynote by Steve Jobs. His place will be filled by Phill Schiller who is Apple's senior vice president of Worldwide Product Marketing.

In its press release, Apple explained that the reason Macworld Expo will be fading into nothingness is because Apple has found new channels of interaction with its users and customers and trade shows are just a minor part of it.
Without Steve Jobs, its probably going to be a very bore Macworld this year unless Apple is planning to launch some amazing new products and gadgets.
For almost the whole Apple user community, one of the main attractions was the traditional keynote of Steve Jobs at Macworld but now with both gone, its going to be a very sad scenario.
