If you are a Windows user, you would have probably figured out by now that its impossible to survive on Windows without encountering bugs, errors and problems on a daily basis. It goes for nearly all Microsoft products and services that no matter how smoothly you use them, you are more likely to encounter errors and problems at times when you least want them.
So whats the solution? Well you can either find solutions to your problems using the native Windows help (which is practically useless now) or just kill your time searching forums and blogs. However a new initiative recently launched by Microsoft, called Live Solutions Center, may be able to help you find the right solutions and also save your time.

It is basically a community by Microsoft which allows users to discuss on a variety of problems/solutions for Live products and services and also allows them to share their exclusive opinions and advice. What makes it good is the unique solution rating feature for each problem which tells you whether a solution is really effective or not.
You can search through an archive for already answered problems or even ask your own. Currently the service is only open to problems/solutions for Windows Live Hotmail but soon Microsoft shall be opening it as a platform to discuss problems/solutions for all Live products and services.
