Nimble, A Touchscreen Android Desk-Phone

android-desktopUntil now we have seen a couple of mobile OS running on cell phones but TouchRev here cares to make an exception by designing a desk-phone that runs on the Google Android platform and does everything that a cell phone can.

Nimble, which boasts a 7-inch touchscreen with 800x600 resolution and a unique new form-factor isn't meant for on-the-go travelling like the traditional cell phones but is here to replace your home phone by providing you more features and a very easy-to-use OS on the top.

As Gizmodo reviews, Nimble runs on a 600+ MHz processor, has built-in WiFi and Bluetooth and also offers a SD expansion slot for adding more storage memory to it.

Some photos of the Nimble can be viewed below.

  • Variety of Form Factors and Feature Sets
  • Flexible Touch Application Framework Based on Android - Enabling Thousands of Applications
  • End-To-End Application Delivery Infrastructure
  • Turnkey Design, Development, and Manufacturing to Shorten Time to Market

It will be available for purchase by September this year with an amazing price tag of only $300.
