Apple recently announced the iPhone 3GS at the WWDC '09 and from what we have witnessed so far, this device will out-buzz the iPhone 3G.

Given that, it is definite that people might have already started to line-up outside the AT&T store.

So, to save people from any sort of trouble, Apple has made a deal with AT&T to allow people to pre-order the new iPhone 3GS online. Customers would still have to walk-up to the AT&T office on June 19, the launch date for the iPhone 3GS, but those who already pre-order it will be given all sorts of priority.
