After, i downloaded all the files and clicked restore and shift, when I browse for the files they dont show up? i tried putting them in a folder but they were empty? should i dowloaded it again into a foulder as that time i dowloaded it to my documents.
please help

Ugh! After I downloaded the software and followed the directions, an error popped up saying “The iPod could not be restored because the firmware file is not compatible.” I noticed a lot of other people are having the same problem. Someone please help!!!!!
