Good news for all Android developers and users out there is that Google has posted a video preview of the new Android Marketplace which shall be available in the upcoming Firmware 1.6 of Android. Goda nyheter för alla Android utvecklare och användare där ute är att Google har postat en video förhandsvisning av nya Android Marketplace som skall vara tillgängligt i kommande Firmware 1.6 i Android. By the looks of it, it looks stunningly organized, high user-friendly and eye-catchy, close enough to the beauty of the App Store in the iPhone. Genom det ser ut, det ser organiserade otroligt hög användarvänliga och eye-catchy, tillräckligt nära skönheten i App Store i iPhone.
The biggest change in this new version of the Android Marketplace will be a clean new interface, along with the option to view screenshots of apps or games before downloading or trying them. Den största förändringen i den nya versionen av Android Marketplace är ett rent nytt gränssnitt, samt möjlighet att titta på screenshots av apps eller spel innan du hämtar eller försöker dem.
Also four new sub-categories for applications have been added namely: sports, health, themes, and comics. Även fyra nya sub-ha kategorier för ansökningar lagts nämligen: sport, hälsa, teman och serier. Developers can now choose these sub-categories for both new and existing applications via the publisher website. Utvecklare kan nu välja dessa underkategorier för både nya och befintliga applikationer via förlagets hemsida.
From what I have observed about the Android Marketplace so far is that it may not be the best thing around, but it is quite comparable to the App Store in iPhone in terms of having good-quality apps. Från vad jag har observerat om Android Marketplace så här långt är att det kanske inte det bästa runt, men det är jämförbart med App Store i iPhone när det gäller att ha god kvalitet apps. What makes it even better is that most apps are free and pretty much useful too. Vad gör det ännu bättre är att de flesta program är gratis och ganska bra också.
