T-Mobile HTC HD2 Sold Out Nationwide in US

A few hours back we told you about the launch of T-Mobile HTC HD2. One question that would be occupying the mind of HTC, T-Mobile and Microsoft would certainly be about the first day sales. Well, we have got a two word answer for the first day sales: Sold Out.

It is a bit surprising considering the fact that a superior phone which goes by the name HTC EVO 4G was announced earlier, but people still went for this Windows Mobile beauty. Wait, the story doesn't end here. One of the fears voiced among the masses was that the mobile wouldn't see strong sales since the Windows Phone 7 update wasn't supported for this phone. But hey it's pretty clear now, Windows Phone 7 or no Windows Phone 7, people still want this Windows Mobile 6.5 sensation.

Though there are reports that the mobile phone is still available for purchase at certain locations but those locations are reducing as we write. So a great first day for T-Mobile is the most suitable conclusion.

I wouldn't say the EVO is all that superior, its what only 3mp higher camera added a front facing video cam. Which my old old Touch HD has btw. The EVO is thick and that kick stand is a cheap gimmick.

BTW, me and my friend bought two of the HD2's each.
