Motorola Charm Android phone coming to T-Mobile

Following in the foot steps of the Motorola FlipOut, the company has announced a new Android based power phone for T-Mobile named the Motorola Charm.

Keeping a clear choice of words we would comment that this phone looks more like Motorola's take on Blackberry since it's design, with the significant always-present keyboard, takes heavy cues from most Blackberry handsets.

Here is what the company itself says about it.

Motorola Charm will be the first device in the U.S. to feature an enhanced version of Motoblur built on Android 2.1, which syncs contacts, posts, messages, photos and much more in easy to manage streams — from sources such as Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, Gmail, work and personal e-mail. Motoblur now allows for even greater customization, providing users more options to follow who and what really matters.

The phone hosts a 2.8 inch touchscreen display with a navigation pad on the rear that serves as an alternative to the touch input, like the trackball on most other Android phones. The phone also boasts a 3 megapixel camera on the back and has support for Adobe Flash.

No word on the pricing yet but we have heard the phone will be available on T-Mobile this summer.
