After seeding iOS 4.2.6 for Verizon iPhone 4 yesterday, Apple has now seeded iOS 4.3 Beta 3 for developers. Needless to say, this build, 8F5166b, is intended for developers only. The IPSWs are available for download via the iOS Developer Center.
Those members who are registered in iPhone Developer Standard or Enterprise Program can get these betas by signing into Apple Developer Connection.
We shall definitely report further on what iOS 4.3 Beta 3 brings for us this time. More shall come as it develops.
