Justin Williams a.k.a @Jaywalker9988 of the Chronic Dev Team has confirmed via Twitter that the soon to be released Greenpois0n RC5 jailbreak tool for iOS 4.2.1 which will be untethered upon release shall also support animated custom boot logo on the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. More on that, after the break.
Other confirmations regarding the much awaited Greenpois0n RC5 untethered jailbreak tool for iOS 4.2.1 also include the fact that it won't require you to have SHSH blobs of iOS4.2b3 saved on Cydia in order to achieve an untethered jailbreak.
Apart from that, Greenpois0n RC5 shall be supporting all of the following devices: iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPod touch 2G, 3G, 4G and the iPad.
