The new JointVenture service is essentially a business-oriented Genius Bar for small to medium-sized business. More on that, after the break.
So for just $499 your business will get support of 5 employees along with an option to add employees for $99 a year. You shall also get priority Genius Bar support and will also be allowed to attent special events specifically held for business users. Phone support is provided as well.
One may ask why Apple has launched JointVenture? Apple's market share is sky-rocketing in all aspects, which includes laptops as well. As there is a high increase of the use of iPhones and iPads in offices, Apple is smart in offering them exclusive support for their Apple devices.
