The Apple iPad 2 was launched on March 2 in San Francisco. US release of iPad 2 started from March 11, while 26 international countries were told that they will get the iPad 2 from March 25. Following the recent natural crisis in Japan, which may result in iPad 2 part constraints, it seems like Apple is delaying iPad 2 release in some countries.

Take Czech Republic for example. Czech Republic was in the list of 26 countries which were getting the iPad 2 on March 25. However, now that has changed.
If you head over to the Czech iPad 2 website, you'll notice that it says that Apple iPad 2 will be available from April 25. (25 dubna = 25 April)
The possibilities for this delay could be many. The delay could be because of translation errors, government and equipment specific issues or may be because of iPad 2 parts supply constraints.
