Jay Freeman a.k.a saurik, developer of Cydia has announced via twitter that he has managed to greatly reduce response times for requests to Cydia. The reduction in response times for requests to Cydia comes after 3 months of server work that saurik has done.
Just switched Cydia's www over to the new "CDN->ELB" stack I've been building: requests to / from my apartment are down from 0.45s to 0.25s!

Cydia is a software application for iOS. It allows you to search and download applications and custom software packages for jailbroken iPhone, iPad and iPod touch, by browsing repositories that host these applications and packages, the greater number of which are free of cost.
