iPhone hacker iH8sn0w has finally released Sn0wbreeze 2.5.1 for Windows to jailbreak iOS 4.3.1 untethered on iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. Previously, the iPhone Dev Team has released Redsn0w 0.9.6rc9 and PwnageTool 4.5 for Mac, to jailbreak iOS 4.3.1 untethered. Sn0wbreeze 2.5.1 brings bugs fixes, support for Animate and Cydia 1.1.1 pre-installed.

Full changelog of Sn0wbreeze 2.5.1 for Windows:

  1. Cydia 1.1.1 is now pre-installed.
  2. iPhone 3GS users can now flash the iPad 06.15.00 baseband.
  3. Animate (Animated Boot Logos) by the Chronic Dev-Team is now supported.
  4. Added afc2 * Apple TV 2 is now fully supported.
  5. Added Apple TV 2 DFU Instructions.
  6. YouTube issues resolved on hacktivated devices.
  7. iPhone 3GS old-bootrom issues fixed (Error 37).
