A couple of hours ago we shared the availability schedule for Windows 7 RTM and now we are pleased to announce that Windows 7 has been finally released to manufacturing, or RTM'd as most people would like to call it. In OS release cycle, RTM refers to 'Release to Manufacturing' and is the final version of a product just before the General Availability.
