Microsoft may acquire Yahoo! for 50 Billion Dollars

The competition in the Technology Market is very high and it seems that with the pace Google is advancing in the Tech Industry its soon going to be very difficult for Microsoft to stand in competition with the big search engine daddy.

Microsoft Plans To Acquire Yahoo

As a result of its downfall, as compared to Google in the modern Tech Industry, Microsoft has proposed Yahoo for an acquistition that can be worth $50 Billion Dollars as reported by Forbes.

Currently, Microsoft is under a lot of pressure as Google's acquistition of DoubleClick for $3.1 Billion Dollar is bound to beef up Google's portfolio in the Tech Market.

Moreover, Microsoft still lags behind in competition with Google and Yahoo in the field of Web Search Technology.

Also the development of new Web 2.0 Applications by Google that compete with Microsoft products such as Microsoft Office etc. is definite to give Microsoft a downfall in near future. Therefore it is just a matter of time till we see Microsoft beaten out of the Tech Market.

Unless Microsoft triumphs in acquiring Yahoo it will be its biggest success and shall ensure its stability in the market.

  • as sad as it is to see you dreams being crushed, you cant forget how many people he stepped on or bought out or overpowered to get there. its not like he just got there from hard work alone, he killed other peoples dreams to get there.

  • Naa! I think Microsoft will occupy it. The thing is Microsoft is now not running as to Bill Gates wishes and that is why it is going in losses.

    Gates must be very angry :twisted: because he made a small agency made in his collage's hostel room to world's biggest company and enterprise.The some hecks are now damaging it :evil: as gates retires after keeping $5675 Million for him :D
