Google Docs Blog recently reported about the new features and changes that have been made to Google Docs and Spreadsheets. The main changes have been done to the layout of Google Docs and Spreadsheets. The aim is to make Google Docs more visually appealing and easy to use for new users.

Here are new changes made to Google Docs and Spreadsheets
- Visual Remake The entire document list has been given a visual remake with new icons, more content and better controls.
- Folders The new Google Docs has now Folder support. Previously you could tag documents only but now the tags have been converted to folders automatically and you can easily sort your documents by simply dragging and dropping them to different folders
- Document Suggest This new feature just works like Google Suggest and will automatically suggest Document names as you search within your document list. Thus helping you get to your documents faster and easier
