In another move to befriend the ever-growing number of mobile users, Google has launched a new service called Google Sync which allows users to sync their mobile with Google calendar and Gmail contacts.
In a way, this service of Google is much similar to Microsoft My Phone which not only allows Windows Mobile users to synchronize contacts but also provides them with free storage space to share photos with their family and friends.

Google Sync for mobiles introduces the following brilliant set of features.
- Contact Synchronization keeps your local mobile address book always updated.
- Calendar Alerts allow you to automatically be notified for any upcoming events with sound of vibration.
- Two-way Sync makes sure your contacts always remain synchronized no matter whether you edit them through your phone or computer.
As Sync is a two-way service, so you never need to worry about making changes again on either of your phone or computer when one of them is updated. A video review can be watched below.
Google Sync for mobiles is currently available for the iPhone, Windows Mobile phones and Blackberrys. To set it up for the iPhone, carefully follow the instructions.
