Here we go with yet another Android 2.1 for Xperia X10 item. Earlier we wrote about it but only this time, we have got the official news juice and it looks tasty and mouth-watering. Yes, that's right Sony Ericsson themselves have confirmed the firmware update possibility for the overly hyped handset.
As a matter of fact, the whole Xperia X10 family will be getting the latest Android update. Xperia X10 Pro and Xperia X10 Mini, the younger brothers of the Xperia X10, will be getting the update in Q4 of 2010.
While this seems good news, it is not the best thing that could happen to the X10 family since there are talks of Android 2.2 coming in the near future. But still, it is a pleasant news for the ones who have this cellphone in their possession.
