Yet another surprise comes our way from the internet search giant that is Google, Google Labs to be specific has discreetly debuted Shared Spaces, which uses Google Wave technology in order to allow users to easily create a space with collaborative gadgets and a chat box inside.

One may ask what exactly is Google Wave, well it’s a real time communication platform as it brings together features of email, instant messaging, wikis, web chat, social networking, and project management to make one well designed in-browser communication client. Users can use it for general discussions as well as sharing files with people they want to.

When Shared Spaces is rolled out to the masses it is going to be fairly easy to create a space, grab a corresponding gadget from the gallery of 50 that exists already, One can create their own gadgets if they know JavaScript, then to make it viral, the user can paste the Space’s URL into a chat window, e-mail message, tweet or any other content-sharing platform to let people know about that particular space on Shared Spaces.

Search giant Google has not revealed as to when Shared Spaces beta will finally be available for everyone, however it can be assumed that this service just might prove to be the next big thing, at least for some users.
