Now, MuscleNerd has confirmed via twitter that iOS 4.3.1 untethered jailbreak exploit works on all devices, including the Apple TV, and except the iPad 2 as Apple has fixed Comex's jailbreak exploit.
MuscleNerd has said that the iOS 4.3.1 untethered jailbreak exploit will be implemented in redsn0w for Windows and PwnageTool for Mac.
